1/??/13:  7.22 miles at Osage Hills State Park.  Keeping it flat to protect the knee.  Few twinges.

1/11/13:  ran 6+ miles with wife on Pathfinder Parkway.  Decent pace, knee still has sharp twinges if break form in any way. Injury just might make me a better more efficient runner.

1/8/12:  first run in a week to rest knee.  Still have sharp pain right on top of knee / patella any time I push off foot.  Not too much problem if flatter track and concentrate on form (short stride, lead with knees, pull with Jammie/glute rather than push off foot).  Worried wont be able to run up hills or technical trails.
